sporting spreeeeeeeeeeeeee

doing EXTREME exercise 2 days in a row really2 gives serious ache to your whole entire body...

this is what i've done during this 2 days:
1. 5 hours of tennis
2. walk (bit running)- from kingsford-fox studio and play basketball in fox studio... then walk back

it's good but it certainly does put a lot of stress to your body if you haven't been exercising much... but in my case i think it's because i didn't warm up as well

hieheihei shows how rarely i do exercise ....

a bit too much, i'd say :)
being realistic and consistent are better in the long run.
plus, you need some rest to allow your body to take in all the benefits.
