battle with the mind

The mind is such a powerful thing. The mind can make us loves one and hates the other. The mind determines what we see in others. 

One can have no friends but in the mind of one who is jealous of him/her that one can look like the president / a famous person / and that everyone loves him/her. 

The mind can make one befriend one in one minute and hates the same person in the next. 

The mind without God is dead. The mind without God is not just lost but have no power to ever be alive. The mind without God only knows what it means to live as a dead being - and a dead being can't ever revive itself. The mind without God as its King is a slave to death.
