reminded

Lately, i've been reminded by God (quite strongly) that everything - even the things that we think is pleasing to God - is God's. If ever we think that we can pursue and trying to find God's will on our own, without the help of God Himself, then we might as well give up because to begin with, our motivation is wrong. If ever we think that we are doing things that are pleasing to God without the help and guidance of Jesus Himself- then we have to start asking ourselves, who are we serving. 

Church, fellowship, evangelism, discipleshp, even love - without the help of the Lord... is worthless (not to mention impossible to do). I can say that i want to do this and that for God - but if i don't do it with God - all is meaningless for both me and Him. 

So yeah- so grateful that God is reminding me of this important point again
