Jesus loves you

"Hey, Jesus loves you! so turn to Him and believe"

Something is wrong with that sentence... couldn't point out what. Could you help me? 

Oh yeah, Jesus LOVES ME?!! I LOVE ME TOO!!! why should i turn to Him and believe in Him?!

so much with evangelism nowadays... 

Today, during SS i taught the children 1 song, the lyrics is like this:

God doesn't love me because i'm good

I know that i don't do what i should

why does He love me?

all that i know is that He overflows with love

Many of the kids who saw the first sentence asked me "Why doesn't God love us because we're good?"

many had a hard time understanding the concept of sin and God's grace. But i'm pretty sure that it's not just the children that don't understand of these things. Even church leaders nowadays are in danger of not even KNOWING of the relationship between human depravity and grace. 

So what is it? Why is it so important?

Rather than me providing ppl with the answer, why don't you tell me what is it and why is it? hehe
